TSUCHIDA Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 2003, his short film "A NinJa Pays Half My Rent", went on to play in over 40 festivals including Sundance. And in that same year FilmMaker Magazine named him as one of their "25 Filmmakers to Watch" A young man, Roy, learns that he has won a haiku contest about Spam. Roy is notified that he has won a lifetime of Spam. Roy believes that this is a sign that his life will change for the better. A young boy called “Luka” steps into a timeless world of mishap adventure in a moment of distraction while in pursuit of a balloon in the sky.
